Ideas for Junior Bolsters - old page
The slimmer width (half the size of our flat bolster) and slight lift (about the same height as a flat bolster) of our Junior makes this a great bolster for a Pranayama practice as it allows the the chest to relax and open, increasing lung capacity. It is also a great prop under the knees to lengthen and release the low back in a variety of postures. Great for the petite yogi or those with stiffer bodies in backbending, this smaller bolsters packs a punch.
