Shipping & Returns Policies
Our advertised prices include the item AND shipping cost to all continental US street addresses. Please note, we have to collect sales tax from orders in Tennessee.
We will ship your order within 2-3 days unless requested otherwise. We ship via Fed-Ex only, and we love them because they not only give us reasonable rates, but they are also super speedy.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES:
Shipping prices to foreign countries, Alaska and Hawaii are quoted on a per order basis. You will receive an email with the actual shipping charges, which you will have to approve before we ship your order. Please contact Jill to place an order.
We accept payments via credit card or pay pal. Any order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, since supplies are purchased to meet our shipping commitment. Please understand and respect this policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please phone us to discuss the issue and we'll see if we can oblige - 865-332-8804.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll give you the information you need to return the product to us.
