Our advertised prices include the item AND shipping cost to all continental US street addresses. Please note, we have to collect sales tax from orders in Tennessee.

We will ship your order within 2-3 days unless requested otherwise. We ship via Fed-Ex only, and we love them because they not only give us reasonable rates, but they are also super speedy. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES:

Shipping prices to foreign countries, Alaska and Hawaii are quoted on a per order basis. You will receive an email with the actual shipping charges, which you will have to approve before we ship your order. Please contact Jill to place an order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We prefer payment via credit card or pay pal. Any order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, since supplies are purchased to meet our shipping commitment.  Please understand and respect this policy. 

EXCHANGES/REPAIRS/RETURNS

If you are not happy with any item in your order, we will be happy to work with you on an exchange, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Please call Jen at 865-332-8804 for a return authorization.  

We stand by the quality of our work and will repair, any piece less then 1 year old defective in workmanship or materials. Please contact us for a return authorization (one year repair warranty). All custom or special order sales are final.
