How to use a Flat yoga Bolster

Our flat bolster features a foam core wrapped in 100% cotton batting. This bolster is slightly firmer than the oval and round bolsters, but is lighter in weight due to the foam core. This bolster will not flatten over time. Dimensions are 27” long x 9” high x 13“ wide  x 36” around. Weight is 6.5 lbs.

Each featured pose uses a flat yoga bolster and is linked to our Pose of the Week blog with details and benefits of how to do the pose.

The flat bolster offers a solid base for any kind of yoga or mediation practice. Its is the must have size for restorative yoga. But they can be a great tool to refine your vinyasa skills, strengthen deep postural muscles and develop flexibility while simultaneously allowing yourself to be supple enough to yield to support and free your breathing.
