How to use a Flat yoga Bolster

Our flat bolster features a foam core wrapped in 100% cotton batting. This bolster is slightly firmer than the oval and round bolsters, but is lighter in weight due to the foam core. This bolster will not flatten over time. Dimensions are 27” long x 9” high x 13“ wide  x 36” around. Weight is 6.5 lbs.

Each featured pose uses a flat yoga bolster and is linked to our Pose of the Week blog with details and benefits of how to do the pose.
